Maintenance programs range from Test & Inspect for building owners who would like a professional check on their in-house staff to a comprehensive Full Coverage program where Element Mechanical Services provides repair labor and replacement parts. Programs can be customized to reflect the degree of investment the client would like to assume and can be adjusted to the particular needs of the environment.

- Check Refrigerant Pressures
- Check Equipment Superheat / Subcooling
- Measure Air Temperature Differential (Delta T)
- Measure Voltage, Amperage
- Check Capacitor UF
- Inspect Coils for damage / oil stains
- Test safety controls
- Adjust controls as needed
- Remove and replace air filters (Quarterly / Semi annually))
- Chemically Wash condenser / Evaporator coil (yearly)

Full Coverage Maintenance plan includes all necessary services and maintenance task to keep your heating and cooling systems in top condition throughout the year. Maintenance, Service Calls, Repairs and Material are included under this agreement for a fixed monthly cost. Optional Add-ons include Equipment Replacement, after hours emergency service, Refrigerant leak check and repair.

- Equipment will be cataloged onto our software, Customer can view what repairs have been performed on each piece of equipment.

At Element Mechanical Services, we can repair almost any part of an HVAC system. We service and repair all makes, brands, and models, from small units to chillers. We can help you to repair heating, ventilation, cooling, and humidification components at very competitive rates.
We keep a dispatcher on duty at all times and our radio dispatched fleet is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency repairs. Because we do everything in house, we can offer very competitive labor rates. All of our repairs come with warranties for parts and labor.
